Anyone who has had a Real Estate Salesperson or Real Estate Broker License from any state for at least 24 months within the last 5 years. The Florida Real Estate Broker course can now be taken through Live Classroom, Video Conferencing, and Online.

Hold an active Sales Associate license for 24 months out of the past 5 years
Submit an Online application and pay required fee Online to the Division of Real
Pass the Florida Real Estate Brokers state exam with 75%
