Our instructor, Ray Suarez, is a former Financial Analyst and Corporate Trainer for Citibank. While employed with Citibank he trained over 250 personnel in 30 banks on Sales and Closing Techniques. He also conducted education and training classes to help associates with their pre-licensing needs for their NASD Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 24 and life insurance licenses. In addition, Ray has conducted Financial Seminars for Fortune 500 companies and High Schools bringing Financial Literacy to the work place and at public schools. Some of the more popular seminars he presented were the Home Buying, Mortgage Financing, Debt Management, and Investment Seminars. He is a graduate of New Paltz Teachers College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Literature & Arts in 1994. He is also a New York State certified Spanish teacher and taught Spanish, Math, Economics, and GED classes for several years in New York City public schools in District 1. In addition to teaching at his own Real Estate school in Florida, Ray Suarez is also a lecturer and instructor at the University of Miami, Miami Dade College, Nova University, and Broward Community College. |

Ray Suarez also served in the United States Air Force and retired in 2003 with an Honorable Discharge after 22 years of military service from the US Air Force. He is a Graduate of the Air Force Survival School (S.E.R.E) in Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington and is a Desert Storm Veteran. He started his military career in 1981 as an aircraft technician and Spanish Translator at an F-16 Fighter Base in Torrejon Spain, 15 miles from Madrid. He retired as a Flight Engineer with more than 3,000 flight hours flying military cargo aircraft including C-141, C-5 Galaxy, and KC-10 aerial refuling aircraft. He has been stationed at McGuire AFB in New Jersey, Stewart Air National Guard in Newburgh New York, Travis AFB in California, US Southern Command in Miami Florida, Aviano Air Base in Italy, Ramstein Air Base in Germany and Incirlik Air Base in Turkey. His overseas assigments have included tours in Japan, Greenland, Hawaii, Greece, New Zealand, Australia, Egypt, Italy, Spain and also working as military assitant to the Ambassadors of the United States Embassies in Quito, Ecuador and Costa Rica. In his off time Ray relaxes by playing the piano or Flamenco Guitar or scuba diving off the Florida Keys. |

El profesor Ray Suárez inicio por primera vez los cursos de Real Estate y Mortgage Broker en Español en las universidades mas cotizadas en Miami Florida incluso la: University of Miami, Miami Dade College, Nova University, y Broward Community College. El profesor Ray Suárez prepara sus alumnos para triunfar y ser exitosos en el campo Real Estate, Finanzas Hipotecarias, y Capacitación de Ventas. El Profesor Suarez es Certificado por Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) y también por el Department of Financial Services (DFS). El también tiene la Certificación de Profesor de Escuelas Secundaria y tiene licencias activas de Asesor Financiero: NASD Series 6, Life & Health Insurance, Mortgage Broker, y Real Estate Instructor. El Profesor Suarez hizo su servicio militar con las Fuerzas Aéreas de los EEUU y se retiro honorable de militar en el 2003. Su carrera de aviación militar lo llevo a trabajar como tripulante e Ingeniero de Vuelo de los aviones de transporte incluso el Lockheed C-141, C-5 Galaxy y el KC-10 con más de 3000 horas de vuelo. Durante su servicio militar el Profesor Suarez viajo a Hawaii, Australia, Japón, Filipinas, Greenland, Europa, Sur América, y otros países. Su servicio militar culmino con el servicio del Cuerpo Diplomático de los EEUU en la Embajada Americana de Quito, Ecuador y de Costa Rica.
